Booking and prices
How do I book?
Booking is automated on WhatsApp. Message us, choose your wash and a time that suits you, and we'll come to you. You pay on WhatsApp too. If you'd like to speak to us instead, choose the Contact us option.
How much does it cost?
Standard is AED 77 for a saloon and AED 97 for an SUV or 4x4. Premium is AED 247 for a saloon and AED 287 for an SUV or 4x4.
Where can you wash my car?
In private parking, including villas and most apartment parking (some buildings may need approval). We can't wash in RTA parking or public areas such as shopping malls.
Which areas do you cover?
We cover Dubai. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll confirm we can reach you.
Do I need to provide water or electricity?
No, we bring our own.
Our washes
What's the difference between Standard and Premium?
Standard is our routine clean: a steam wash outside and a vacuum and wipe-down inside. Premium includes everything in Standard, plus a deep interior steam clean, A/C vents cleaned and sanitised, high-touch surfaces disinfected, and tyre dressing.
Why does the Premium wash take longer?
Because it's almost a full car detail. In 2 hours we deep-vacuum the whole car including the boot, steam-sanitise your seats, floor mats and upholstery, clean and sanitise the A/C vents, and finish the doors, windows, mirrors and tyres. Nothing is rushed.
How long does it take?
About 1 hour for Standard and about 2 hours for Premium.
How does the Care Pack work?
You get 1 Premium and 3 Standard washes, to use in any order. Your credits are added as soon as you pay, and they're valid for 2 months. Use them on eligible vehicles at the same home address. Unused credits expire after 2 months.
How often should I have my car cleaned?
We recommend one clean a week: three Standard washes and one Premium every month. That's exactly what the Care Pack is built for.
About steam cleaning
Is steam really clean enough without chemicals?
Yes. Hot steam lifts dirt and grime without detergent, so you get a spotless car with no chemical smell, and nothing is left on your driveway or parking space.
Does steam sanitise my car's interior?
Yes. Steam is hot enough to sanitise surfaces, which is why we use it on your seats, floor mats, A/C vents and the surfaces you touch most.
Is steam safe for my paint, leather and dashboard?
Yes. Our steam is safe on your paint, leather and dashboard, and it cleans without chemicals.
Is it safe for my kids and pets?
We don't use chemicals, so there's no chemical residue left on your seats, mats or dashboard. That makes it a gentler choice for family cars.
Why choose steam over a regular car wash?
We come to you, so there's no driving and no waiting. Steam cleans with heat instead of detergent, and it reaches places a quick wash can miss, like seats, vents and door jambs.
Can steam get rid of smells in my car and A/C?
Stale smells often hide in the A/C vents, seats and mats, and our Premium wash cleans and sanitises all three. Results depend on what's causing the smell, and we'll be honest with you about it.
Does a steam clean help my car's value?
Regular care helps maintain your car's appearance and value, and a well-kept interior and finish is the first thing a buyer notices.
